Returns and Exchanges

  1. Every product purchased in the Online Store is covered by a warranty. In the event of a defect, the Customer may submit a complaint regarding the purchased Product.

  2. The Complaint/Return Form is available at:

  3. By completing the complaint form, the Customer agrees to the processing of their Personal Data in accordance with the privacy rules set out in section X.

  4. The claimed Product(s) must be returned to the address together with all accessories and a copy of the invoice/receipt serving as proof of purchase.

  5. The Product must not show any signs of use. Please note that returns are not possible between businesses.
