Termination of the contract and withdrawal from the contract

In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), the Customer may withdraw from the purchase (withdraw from the Sales Agreement without giving any reason) within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment for goods purchased in the Online Store. The declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement must be submitted in written form; no other form is accepted.

In order to make a return (withdraw from the Sales Agreement), it is necessary to complete the form titled “DECLARATION OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT”. The return form is available at:

The Customer is not required to provide a reason for the return (withdrawal from the Sales Agreement). -
By completing the “DECLARATION OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT” form, the Customer agrees to the processing of their Personal Data in accordance with the privacy rules set out in section X of the Terms and Conditions.

The goods should be returned no later than 14 days from submitting the declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement. The package containing the completed return form and the returned product(s) must also include all accessories received with the product(s), as well as the receipt or invoice.

The goods must not show any signs of use. Please note that returns are not possible between businesses.

Refunds are made only by bank transfer to the buyer’s account provided in the return form. The Seller will refund the purchase amount to the bank account indicated in the return form no later than within 14 days.

The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received back.

The Seller does not cover any shipping costs for returned goods. Returns are possible only at the Customer’s expense.
